Rickey is an experienced business professional and real estate developer in the Temple University area. He is responsible for new client acquisition in addition to the development and construction of Temple Properties multi-family rental units. He brings a unique perspective of understanding investor needs and how to optimize portfolio performance. Rickey is an active member in TAPA (Temple Area Property Association) organization. He finds joy in relaxing on the beach or spending time with his dog Chase whenever he can.

John is a seasoned leader and advisor with significant experience developing and executing strategy across large and small organizations. A retired US Navy officer and Wharton MBA, John will focus on organizational and team development, process improvement, and developing new relationships and business opportunities. He will also continue in his role as a program executive and instructor at the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Outside of work, John spends time with family and friends – hopefully on Long Beach Island!

Jen has been in the accounting and management industry for over 14 years. She is currently the business manager and accountant for MK Management and works closely with Temple students to ensure all their needs are met. Jen sees the day to day operations of the business as well as the financial needs for the company. Her goal at MK Management is to make sure that all tenants and clients are satisfied to the best of her ability. Jen is a mother of five amazing children and loves watching them learn and grow together. She is their #1 fan and is always supporting them at their sporting events on the weekends.

Rhett brings a strong Management background to MK with over 15 years experience not only as a Manager but Business Owner. Rhett has been successful growing Businesses year after year while maintaining excellent relations with Vendors and Employees. As the Director of Development & Tenant Relations, Rhett is here to ensure that ALL Tenants and Vendors will be treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Also, Rhett will focus on growing the MK brand as Philly’s best Management Company. Rhett is married and has 2 amazing daughters. He enjoys golfing, watching any sporting event, and hanging out with family and friends.

Jeffrey is a maintenance technician at MK Management with 5 years of experience in the field. He is responsible for the maintenance requests the tenants submit, in addition to handling the upkeep of the properties and repairs to the units. He loves to exercise and play sports such as football and baseball. He also enjoys spending his free time with family.

Christopher has worked as a licensed real estate agent and a sales specialist for the past two years. He is now a Leasing Agent for MK Management and a Temple University Film and Media Arts alumni. This gives him extensive knowledge of the Temple University off campus area. Christopher is also an experienced filmmaker, he has won over 13 awards for his latest films. He thoroughly enjoys making films, spending time with family and traveling Europe and other parts of the US in his free time.

Jackie has past experience as a Plan Analyst for an accounting firm and as a Real Estate Assistant. She is now a Leasing Agent for MK Management and enjoys working with the student population as she was once a Temple student herself. She studied Strategic Communications at the Lew Klein School of Media and Communications and is excited to be back in Owl country. She likes exploring the city, spending time with friends, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.

Anna is MK’s most recent addition to our leasing team. Prior to becoming a licensed leasing agent, Anna was a commercial real estate agent in Southwest Florida and Philadelphia. She entered the industry soon after graduating from West Chester University in 2015 where she studied marketing and nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and playing intramural sports.

Violet has been working at MK Management since January of 2017. She has over 5 years experience in the customer service world. She has used her customer service experience at MK Management by working many different roles as an office coordinator, leasing agent, and has recently obtained the position as Property Management specialist. She handles tenant relations, advertisement for leasing and IT, and takes care of the administrative/clerical duties for MK’s office. She is a lover of the arts and frequents live performances, local art shows and recently became the proud owner of a brand new puppy.

Megan is one of the newest members of the MK Management leasing team. She comes from a background of teaching. Megan enjoys working with students, and their families. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband, dog, and cat. In her free time, she enjoys walking dogs, spending time with friends, and family.

Sam joined the MK Management team as a leasing assistant. He is a junior student at Temple University currently studying Finance in the Fox School of Business. He is also a candidate in the Marine Corps PLC program. When he has free time, Sam works out, runs, or plays pick up basketball.

He is a International Business major in Temple’s Fox School of Business, and plans on concentrating in relations between the United States and the United Kingdom. Kevin plays intramural basketball, and in his free time, he runs and works out at the gym.

Jordan previously studied at West Virginia University before transferring to Temple University in Fall 2017. He is a junior student majoring in Marketing in the Fox School of Business. Jordan enjoys working with others and sees himself with a career in sales after graduation. In his free time, he likes to work out and spend time with his family, friends, and pets.

Brendan is a sophomore at Temple’s Fox School of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Urban Planning. He definitely wants to pursue a career in this field. Brendan is a versatile employee and is a very knowledgeable individual, he is excited to learn as much as possible about Real Estate. Brendan likes to spend time traveling, enjoying live music with friends, and biking around parts of Philly.

Chase has been with MK Management from the very beginning. He is truly dedicated to being around employees, tenants, and anyone that comes into the office to boost moral. Chase loves long walks around campus, playing with his ball, getting treats for being a ‘good boy’ and just hanging around the office. He is a true asset to MK Management.
