Rickey Biddle

Director of Business Development

Rickey is an experienced business professional and real estate developer in the Temple University area. He is responsible for new client acquisition in addition to the development and construction of Temple Properties multi-family rental units. He brings a unique perspective of understanding investor needs and how to optimize portfolio performance. Rickey is an active member in TAPA (Temple Area Property Association) organization. He finds joy in relaxing on the beach or spending time with his dog Chase whenever he can.

John Ondik

John Ondik

Director of Strategy and Growth

John is a seasoned leader and advisor with significant experience developing and executing strategy across large organizations including Aramark and KPMG as well as with many start-ups. A retired US Navy officer and Wharton MBA, at MK Management he will leverage his extensive strategic and operational experience to help MK optimize systems and operations. John will focus on organizational and team development, process improvement, and developing new relationships and business opportunities. He will also continue his relationship with the Wharton Small Business Development Center where he is a program executive and instructor. Outside of work, John spends time with family and friends – hopefully on Long Beach Island!

Business Manager

Jen has been in the accounting and management industry for over 14 years. She is currently the business manager and accountant for MK Management and works closely with Temple students to ensure all their needs are met. Jen sees the day to day operations of the business as well as the financial needs for the company. Her goal at MK Management is to make sure that all tenants and clients are satisfied to the best of her ability. Jen is a mother of five amazing children and loves watching them learn and grow together. She is their #1 fan and is always supporting them at their sporting events on the weekends.

Maintenance Manager

Kris is the maintenance manager here at MK Management. He manages, controls, and coordinates all and any maintenance requests. He handles the upkeep and repairs for all of our properties. Kris has been working with maintenance related issues for the past five years and does his best to handle everything in a timely and effective manner. He loves to watch and support his children in their endeavors and all that they do. In his spare time he finds relaxation in fishing with his friends.

Maintenance Technician

Jeffrey is a maintenance technician at MK Management with 5 years of experience in the field. He is responsible for the maintenance requests the tenants submit, in addition to handling the upkeep of the properties and repairs to the units. He loves to exercise and play sports such as football and baseball. He also enjoys spending his free time with family.

Leasing Manager

Katie is an MK Management Leasing Manager and brings with her an extensive background in dealing with customer relations for over 8 years. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a nursing degree in 2009. Katie recently made a career transition into real estate as she enjoys working with people, especially helping Temple University students and their housing needs. She likes being outdoors and traveling to the beach in the summer whenever she can.

Chris Romano

Christopher Romano

Licensed Real Estate Agent

Christopher has worked as a licensed real estate agent and a sales specialist for the past two years. He is now a Leasing Agent for MK Management and a Temple University Film and Media Arts alumni. This gives him extensive knowledge of the Temple University off campus area. Christopher is also an experienced filmmaker, he has won over 13 awards for his latest films. He thoroughly enjoys making films, spending time with family and traveling Europe and other parts of the US in his free time.

Leasing Coordinator

Adianna is a Leasing Agent here at MK Management, responsible for Leasing and IT/Advertisement. She comes from a background of Administration dealing with Commercial Properties as well as Customer Service. Recently completing her Bachelors at Penn State in IST, she loves music, traveling and branding new artists.


Violet Green

Leasing Agent

Violet has joined the MK Management team as an office coordinator to help with general clerical duties as well as ensuring tenant needs are met. Violet provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. She has recently transitioned into the real estate world after 5 years of customer service experience. Violet loves to give back to the Arts Community by seeing live performances and going to local art shows in her free time.

Leasing Agent

Jackie has recently worked as a licensed real estate assistant and an accountant for the past year and a half. She is now a Leasing Agent for MK Management and enjoys working with the student population as she was once a Temple student herself. She studied Strategic Communications at the school of Media and Communications and is excited to be back in owl country. She likes exploring the city, spending time with friends, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.


Bailey Haines

Leasing assistant

Bailey has joined MK Management as an office coordinator to assist the staff with clerical duties, and administrative projects.
He is a Biology major in Temple university’s college of science and technology and plans to attend dental school after the completion of his undergraduate degree. Bailey enjoys traveling to new places, working out, and meeting new people in his free time. He looks forward to bringing his enthusiasm and dedicated work ethic to the MK Management team.

Leasing Agent

Bryce joined the team as a leasing assistant and is excited to grow with MK Management. He is a Criminal Justice major in Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts. Bryce is a member of Temple’s Army ROTC program and also plays on the Men’s Club Lacrosse team. During his free time he enjoys working out, playing sports and listening to music.

Luke Brennan

Leasing Agent

Luke joins the MK team as a leasing agent, looking forward to helping fellow students navigate the challenges of renting their first home. He is a sophomore Finance and Real Estate major in Temple’s Fox School of Business Honors Program. Luke plans to use his education to work in the financial planning industry. He enjoys working out, traveling for new experiences, and playing for the Temple University Men’s Club Lacrosse Team. Luke brings an energetic charisma and strong work ethic to the MK team.

Mitch Reddish

Leasing Assistant

Mitch joined the MK team as a Leasing Assistant. He is a junior at Temple University and is studying as Global Economics major and a Criminal Justice minor. Mitch is also a member of the Army ROTC program and is on the Temple Men’s Lacrosse team. In his free time Mitch enjoys going downtown to try new restaurants, skiing, and running.

Sam Thiers

Sam joined the MK Management team as a leasing assistant. He is a junior student at Temple University currently studying Finance in the Fox School of Business. He is also a candidate in the Marine Corps PLC program. When he has free time, Sam works out, runs, or plays pick up basketball.

Property Management Coordinator

Amanda works with MK Management as the Property Management Coordinator. She teams up with maintenance department to coordinate tenant maintenance requests. Amanda is also responsible for handling accounts and tenant relations. She was a history major at Long Island University Brooklyn and grew up in the Washington DC metropolitan area. In her free time she enjoys visiting her nieces back home.

Maintenance Coordinator

Shubham works with MK Management as the new Maintenance Coordinator. He is responsible for communicating with tenants and the maintenance team, to ensure all maintenance requests are handled within a timely manner. He is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Temple University Fox School of Business. Shubham also enjoys football and spending time with friends and family. He loves to travel the world whenever the opportunity presents itself

Accounting Assistant

Nick joins MK Management as an Accounting Assistant. He is a junior in Temples Fox School of business, studying as a Real Estate major. Interested in the field, he is hungry to learn anything he can from MK and the student tenants, and hopes to bring an enthusiastic approach to the team. Nick enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his dog, and keeping active in his free time.

Chase has been with MK Management from the very beginning. He is truly dedicated to being around employees, tenants, and anyone that comes into the office to boost moral. Chase loves long walks around campus, playing with his ball, getting treats for being a ‘good boy’ and just hanging around the office. He is a true asset to MK Management.
